On the other hand, Sony's solution - at least at first glance - does not show anything new compared to the Wii. At the same time, it is true that perception takes place in several ways. One half of the controller communicates with the machine via Bluetooth, while the other half is "monitored" by the camera available for the console. In connection with the videos found on the Internet, one question arose in our minds, namely, how confusing it would be to wave a light globe in a dark room. According to the videos, the brightness of the sphere is quite high, so without seeing it, we can think that it will burn our eyes well. Of course we shouldn't be right.
Regarding the consoles and the new controller, the next question is what will happen next to the Wii. Sales of the console are already in a downturn, and after the release of Sony’s new controller, there’s nothing in favor of buying it, as we get much more powerful hardware, much nicer graphics from Sony’s console. The Wii was cheaper than the PS3, but not so much that it was worth buying after that. Only a drastic price adjustment can help with this problem.
While it doesn’t have to be a big fortune to know that with the release of Project Natal, Microsoft’s console will have an advantage over rivals that can take years to import, especially knowing Sony’s response time.
