GIGABYTE has announced the winners of the SuperTuner competition
GIGABYTE has announced the winners of the GIGABYTE Super Tuner Internet Tuning Competition, which was held within HWBOT.org in three categories based on GPU overdrive capability.
The event ran from May 15th to June 15th, with all the restrictions for the competitors to be based on a GIGABYTE 6 series motherboard. The goal was to achieve the highest score under 3DMark2001 in the following categories:
Super Tune Contest categories
Category 1: NVIDIA GeForce 200 Series (single or multi card)
Category 2: NVIDIA GeForce 300/400 Series (single or multi card)
Category 3: AMD / ATI Graphics (single or multi card)
Super Tune winners
# 1. FoX - 15 points - Team OCX - Spain
# 2. SniperOZ - 11 points - Team i4memory - Australia
# 3. SuicidePheonix - 10 points - Team HardwareLuxx - Germany
Each of the riders on the podium got richer with a GIGABYTE Z68X-UD3H-B3 motherboard during the rewards. Note: Dino22 honestly resigned from 2nd place because GIGABYTE was employed.
