512 Megabit DDR3 SDRAM - the new generation
Japan’s Elpida Memory, Inc., the island’s leading memory supplier, has announced that it will begin shipping test copies of the first 512-megabit DDR3 SDRAM memory modules to its partners by the end of the year.
