3G, 4G and WiFi in the new Samsung camera
Samsung has introduced the world’s first compact system camera with 3G / 4G LTE and WiFi support, the GALAXY NX. The versatile and easy-to-use GALAXY NX combines state-of-the-art optical performance and connectivity with the benefits of Android in a single, stylish and compact housing.
With 3G / 4G LTE support, GALAXY NX owners can share professional-quality images with their friends anywhere, anytime. The new Photo Suggest feature provides site-specific recommendations for popular photographer locations - working with a database of images from other photographers around the world. And Story Album lets you create digital photo albums from resized, resized photos that you can share with other devices.
The GALAXY NX's 20,3-megapixel APS-C sensor delivers very high-quality images, vibrant colors and sharp, vibrant and clear photos, whatever the lighting conditions. Samsung's proprietary DRIMe IV Image Signal Processor imaging engine represents a huge step forward in speed and quality photography, enabling better color reproduction and more effective noise reduction. The all-new Hybrid Auto Focus (AF) system provides fast and accurate phase and contrast detection, while a maximum shutter speed of 1/6000 seconds and 8,6 fps continuous shooting guarantee users don't miss a single important moment.
The wide range of lenses available for the GALAXY NX ranges from light and small pancake * to fisheye to long-range fixed and zoom lenses, giving users the freedom to choose the unique perspective or vision they like.
The Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system further enhances the photography experience. Users have access to all of the Google Play apps on the GALAXY NX, so they can maximize their camera, edit and share their high-quality photos, and stay in touch with family and friends.
The GALAXY NX is equipped with a number of features that allow users to express their unique vision and capture the moments that embody their passion. They are also helped by the more than 30 SMART modes available on the device. With Multi Explosure, you can take two pictures in one shot, and Animated Photo can combine up to 5 seconds of continuous shooting into an animated GIF file. Sound & Shot also preserves the ambient music and sounds you hear when you take the picture, perfectly recalling the conditions in which you took the photo. Additional customization is provided by Camera Studio.
GALAXY NX is expected to be available in Hungary from August 2013.
