2 GB padlock from Imation

It is no longer a novelty that the capacity of portable mass storage is constantly increasing, but an interesting form immediately attracts everyone's interest.

AImation recently unveiled its new portable mass storage, which stores data on a 0,85-inch, 2GB microdrive. The interesting feature of the 40 x 16 x 82 millimeter device, which weighs 52 grams, is not even its capacity, but the astonishing shape that evokes a padlock. The lockable part can be flexibly folded out, at the end of which we find the USB connector, which of course meets the requirements of USB 2.0. Thanks to the interface, the storage can be used under Windows Me / 2000 / XP and MAC OS9.0 operating systems.
