1200 W rumbles in SilverStone's latest power supply

It can be difficult to lay out the manufacturer’s new modular power supply.

The manufacturer’s Decathlon series has been enriched with real behemoth, with the DA1200 capable of delivering no less than 1200 W of power. What’s really interesting, though, isn’t that, it’s that there’s only one 12-volt branch on the inside of the power supply for the hardware that makes up the large receivers of computers. However, this branch is stronger than anything, capable of delivering a total current of 90 amps.

In addition to the brutal performance, it is accompanied by efficient use, the DA1200 also has the 80 plus rating expected among peak power supplies. The DA1200 has a wide range of cables for dual-card, multi-proci systems, two 8-pin connectors for central units and two 8-pin and four 6-pin PCIe connectors for video cards.

Unfortunately, we don’t have information on the price of the new monster, however, considering the price tags on SilverStone housings, we can be sure that the DA1200 won’t be a cheap piece either. Not even compared to the competition.
