10 years of HOC mode challenge!

The new craze is spreading on social media, which we certainly don't need to show anyone anymore,

I don’t usually sit on such challenging trains, I actually find them extremely boring, but I’m thinking about that now. I wondered because it would be almost unbelievable what changes have taken place in the last 10 years, how much our site has gone through, and with it, of course, ourselves.

10 years ago, the golden age of HOC was just coming to an end. We had many hundreds of thousands of visitors month after month, and once I also experienced that one of the parking guards came to me while parking at an event far away in Borsod to know me, watch our shows on the web, and even know my car because he saw it on one of the shows. Needless to say, what a surprise it was, how well it went.

10 years ago…

I already knew 10 years ago that the knife had been rotated in my company and on my website. We got a serious wound, a stomach from which you can’t heal, just push the bed for a long time and then it’s over. It was over, in the beginning of 2013 I couldn't take it anymore, I was unable to maintain it, I ran out of income and the sponsors and supporters ran out, and I found myself under a bridge for lack of a hair. It was over, then I thought forever.

However, life wanted it differently. I could say it was my own steadfastness and faith that brought the site to life again, but that wouldn’t be true that way. I can safely say that I was lucky, I had tremendous luck that didn’t affect me from one moment to the next. Looking back on 2016 and early 2017, I have to say that somehow all the circumstances, all the events and happenings have made the site come to life. Of course, I didn’t recognize these signs, but so it becomes obvious in retrospect that if the tiny little stones and bricks aren’t stacked in that order, then I wouldn’t write this news either.

I’m not a believer, but many times I’m surprised by life, how many times I feel like predestined things happen to me. Of course, I also feel how true the saying is, help yourself and God will help. Because these unrecognizable little steps were all my own steps. I started with my own determination, and if I hadn’t done so I wouldn’t have fulfilled the other half of the saying either, i.e. God, fate or let’s call it would have helped me anyway.

…and now

You see the end result, here it is before you. Many years of dying, extinction, resurrection, and strengthening. We're here now. Moreover, as I have already written, this year, after six years, the management of the site will become my main job again. I don't have companies anymore, I won't, I don't want an editorial office again and everything that comes with it. The world has changed, I have changed too, I want to make this site a good one from next month, like a hobby, one that the family makes a living from, by the way.

So 10 years have passed. Interesting, busy, often very painful, but ultimately the 10 years that end as positively as possible, which gave the greatest possible completeness both professionally and in private life. I would like to pass this on to you from February, so that I can entertain you with enjoyable, interesting writings and videos. All you have to do is be here and bring another person. 😉
