MSI's new All-in-One PCs come with Windows 8

MSI is enriching its All-in-One PC range with two new products, the AE2712 and AE2712G. Both All-in-One PCs feature a 27-inch, 1920 × 1080 Full HD display, up to 10 multi-touch dots, and a frameless design.

The MSI Wind Top AE2712 and AE2712G come with a pre-installed Windows 8 operating system along with a matching 10-finger touch screen. This feature is worth highlighting, as most similar machines released so far have only been able to sense the touch of two of our fingers at the same time. MSI's all-in-one machines provide a great foundation for the new Windows' tiled interface, as it's basically optimized for touch-sensitive displays on mobile devices, providing a complete user experience only on computers with touch-sensitive displays.

The MSI Wind Top AE2712 / AE2712G is assembled from extremely stable and high quality Military Class II components, including SFC, solid state capacitors and Hi-C Capacitors (Hi-c Caps) for guaranteed stability, energy efficiency and performance. These three main components met the U.S. certification standard, providing extra protection for stable system operation.

MSI Instant Display Technology

The MSI Wind Top AE2712 / AE2712G All-in-One PCs are equipped with an HDMI port, which allows you to connect a second monitor to the unit. It supports dual display and an even larger display device such as a projector or large screen LCD TV can be connected. In terms of input signal, thanks to the advanced MSI Instant Display Technology, it is possible to switch the screen to standby mode, even if it is on, without pressing the power button. This turns on the screen the moment an external device is connected to it via the HDMI port. If your AIO PC itself is running, you can use the screen toggle button on the side panel to switch between the images you want to display. With this technology, we save even more energy.

Smart Media link

MSI has introduced the latest Smart Media link connection developed exclusively for them on the Wind Top AE2712 / 2712G All-in-One PC. Using cloud technology, users can play their videos, music, and present their photos instantly via the Smart Media link from their own tablets, notebooks, DLNA-enabled TVs and mobile devices using the same WiFi and LAN network.
