Underwater the SonyEricsson Xperia Active

SonyEricsson's rugged mobile phone is also proven underwater.

Earlier this summer, we also announced that SonyEricsson would come up with a water, shock, dust and scratch-resistant smartphone. Promises at the time were that the model would hit store shelves in the third quarter, but the video learned that some had already reached the novelty and were not reluctant to try it out: is Active really waterproof?

I don’t think much can be said about the video, the phone is proven: The 5 Megapixel camera with LED flash has done a good service in the water as well, so whoever owns such a device in the future doesn’t have to worry about waterfront vacations either, as your favorite smartphone can be with it at any time. By the way, the speed of Android 2.3 is ensured by a processor ticking at 1 GHz, so there will certainly be no problem with the speed either. The images will be viewed in the 3-inch, 320 × 480 pixel display panel. The price of the novelty is not yet known.
