Restrained tuning characterizes the MSI Radeon HD 3650

Only the GPU clock has changed.

Micro-Star International did not overdo the redesign of the Radeon HD 3650, in the case of the OC, i.e. the OverClocked version, only the clock of the graphics processor was raised, as a result of which the RV635 now operates at 725 MHz instead of 750. In contrast, the clock speed of GDDR3 memory chips remained unchanged at 1600 MHz rms.

Although the MSI card is not the most convincing production a factory overdriven Radeons between, however, argues that cooling does not require extra space, though such a small change would not have really justified it.
