If you want to fill in the housing and personal questionnaires of the census on the online interface, you can do so on the basis of the identification code on the housing questionnaire.

According to the information of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), the communication of data on the Internet takes 20-30 minutes, and if the data of all residents are given exactly from the given address, the counter commissioner will not go there. The questionnaire can be filled in by visiting the websites enepszamlalas.hu and ekulfoldi.ksh.hu. If someone does not choose the internet method, they can also fulfill their civic duty by the end of October by recording the answers on paper-based questionnaires or by arranging an appointment with the Counselor, who will complete the form based on the answers received. 

The KSH drew attention to the fact that when reporting data, you must always state the conditions existing "at the given ideal time", on October 1 at 0:1. If someone was born between the release of the data and October 1, they will not be included in the statistics, as will the diploma obtained in the meantime, after October XNUMX, the acquisition of citizenship or changes in marital status.

Hungarian citizens who are temporarily (up to 12 months) abroad can also provide data to the national census office online. They can fill out census questionnaires if they have a registered place of residence or residence in Hungary. The KSH put it this way: foreign internet declaration is especially important for those who "are not sure that there is someone in their place of residence in Hungary who would fill out the census questionnaire for them".

There is much more time to submit the questionnaires filled in by the traditional way, from today they still have 16 days to submit the data in the traditional way, ie by the end of the month everyone will have time to submit the questionnaires received in person by the municipalities. The statistical office does not rule out a reporting rate of up to 98%.
