Xiaomi will probably unveil a phone tomorrow that will break our faces!

We are no longer waiting for Xiaomi Mi MIX 4, but for Xiaomi Mi MIX Alpha, but it is not the name that matters, but what is behind it!

We’ve been reading various guesses on the net for a while now, some of which may even be true - probably that too - but most tend to fall into the category of inability. For Xiaomi fans, MIX phones have always been the most special Xiaomi phone, as was the case with the first and second releases of MIX. The Third also became interesting, the hardware is outstanding, the camera is still one of the best in the world, for example, I use it to create images for my articles. Even so, this slippery solution, the plus weight, the thick housing caused quite confusing feelings in many, myself included.

Just because of the history, it was questionable what the company would come up with for the fourth edition. In terms of hardware, it was almost completely clear that the Snapdragon 855+ would tick, and we can be sure that there won’t be a version with 4GB of memory, in fact, the 8 will be the base. In the field of cameras, the expectation was high, and based on the latest information, we can already say for sure that Samsung’s 108 megapixel sensor is working in the phone. A demonstration of this, more precisely the software zoom capability, has also appeared on the Weibo, with an eightx optical zoom. I note, this is a photo taken in a well-lit studio, so there’s little chance we can produce one on the street, in real conditions, but the stuff still looks good anyway!

What we don’t know until today (the tutorial will be tomorrow) is how the mobile will look. According to the official photos, it will not simply have a curved AMOLED panel, but at least one side of the display will bend completely back to the line of the back panel. We already know from official information published on Weibo that the MIX Alpha will not be a folding phone, this information was very quickly refuted by the authorities.

Another image has appeared on the net, which is not official. It seems to me more like someone has rendered a phone based on the image above, though, technology gives them plenty to make this a reality as well. It looks good, though usability is pretty questionable, at least because of the vulnerability. For sure, we won't get a glass front for this, but foil may even come on.

The point is, Xiaomi is expected to dazzle us. We’re sure to get a frameless phone without any kind of camera island. The only question is what kind of self-contained camera it will be and how long the display will extend. If the above picture proves to be true, then we have already found the answer to the self-timer camera, as it will not be needed in the traditional sense, we can also photograph ourselves with the back-camera.
