The two new Core i3 mobile processors still use the proven Sandy Bridge architecture.

The Intel Core i3-2308M and i3-2365M share a common feature of the two cores, Hyper-Threading support, an integrated HD 3000 graphics controller and a 3 MB third-level cache. The list of shortcomings is also similar: Turbo Boost, TXT, VT-d virtualization, AES.

The Core i3-2308M with 2,1 GHz and 650 MHz IGP (there’s already a Turbo that can upgrade to 1,10 GHz) cuts it into the vicissitudes of life. With these technical indicators, the product has found its place in the 35-watt TDP class.
