Unication - Magpie Linux PDA
Unication's Linux-based PDA, called Magpie at baptism, was released.
Unication announced its latest Linux-based PDA at Computex, which has a number of interesting features. The device has been prepared to support VoIP and also has a built-in FM radio receiver and a rotatable display. By default, the display operates in landscape mode like a traditional portable device, but when rotated, you get a portrait view similar to palmtops. Input is facilitated not only by the full QWERTY keyboard, but also by the touch screen. The device also comes with a lot of useful programs, of which perhaps it is worth mentioning the Opera web browser and the personal information management application, which is much more serious than other palmtops.
