Another smart bracelet, this time from the HUF 4000 category

We’ve featured several smart bracelets on our pages in recent weeks, but it looks like the line won’t end soon. Now we want to recommend another product that is similar in terms of capabilities, but different on the outside!

The QS80 doesn’t show anything particularly interesting in terms of bracelet capabilities, bringing what these mid-range products usually bring. It counts steps, monitors heart rate and sleep, measures blood pressure, alerts you when a message arrives on your phone, and of course shows the time.

So the curiosity is not in the knowledge but in the outside. For more expensive bracelets, it is customary to replace the strap. There are several practical reasons for this, on the one hand it can wear out what we bought, and later it is cheaper to get only one strap. On the other hand, if we’re tired of the color of the strap, or maybe a lady wants to wear it instead of a male member of the family, we can replace the black strap with, say, red.

Let’s see a little more detail about the hardware behind the bracelet! The soul of the bracelet is the NRF51822 insert, which lives in an IP67 standard, ie waterproof housing. The structure is in contact with the outside world, specifically with our phone via a Bluetooth 4.0 connection. The 0,42 inches display is based on OLED technology and has a resolution of 120 x 120 pixels. The built-in Lithium-Ion battery is 70 mAh, as described, with a standby time of 15-20 days.

The QS80 smart bracelet is compatible with phones running Android 4.3 and iOS 8.0 or later. By the end, the size and price remained. The QS80 is 24,6 x 2 x 1,09 centimeters and weighs 17 grams. The price is currently $ 15, roughly $ 4000, and shipping is free!
