New DLP projector from Panasonic

Panasonic’s new projector is entering the upper segment of the mid-range.

panasonic pt_tw330

The new DLP projector is officially called the Panasonic PT-TW330. The business-built structure has 1280 x 800, or WXGA, brightness of 3100 ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio of 4000: 1. The manufacturer sets the lamp life to 7500 hours (in auto mode). Since it’s not a multimedia device, it’s no surprise that only an 8-watt speaker is built in, as is the fact that we find few inputs on the back compared to the usual one. We can manage one HDMI, two D-Sub, one stereo Mini Jack, one RCA audio and one composite connector. We do not yet have information on the price of the device.
