Phone news with videos and pictures

Let's see what happened today in the world of Chinese, Korean and Finnish (???) phones!

Elephone S8

Yesterday I wrote a short presentation about the Elephone S8 Limited Edition, which became Limited with the addition of a burning red cover to the previous blue and black housing. I don't know how much or what will make this limited. In fact, this color is beautiful, but it’s a bit suspicious that with the more expensive red phone, they’re just trying to peel off another skin from their phone, which is no longer a novelty - but really good anyway - before they launch the S9. Now I remember, at the end of the summer we were also gossiping about a phone called S8 Plus from Elephone, but so far it hasn't become anything, in fact, I don't think it will be anymore, because lately information about the S9 is dripping. However, until it comes out, we have to come up with the S8, now available in three colors, which you can now watch a short video of!

ZTE Axon 7

ZTE is best known for its entry-level telephones in Hungary. Yet the company also has a device that triggers severe salivation in those susceptible to technical delicacies. This is it Axon 7, which I have written about several times in this blog. Unfortunately, I read this a few weeks ago that ZTE was withdrawing the Axon 7, meaning the production cycle was over. If you run out of stock in stores there will be no supplies. There are only two things that make the news bearable. One is that ZTE is already working on the successor — I suspect it’s already done, or they’re coming very close to it — the other is that the news has been officially confirmed that the Axon 7 will get Android 8, or more commonly known as Oreo!

Nokia 9

Rendered images of the Nokia 9 have leaked. Or not. Who knows if it's real or someone is just playing with us. Of course, it could even be real, since the "new" Nokia really got into it, they want to be at the forefront again. They didn't make a bad start, but as I read in several reviews, they didn't do well either, since their phones that have been released or presented so far couldn't show any extras or extras that we wouldn't find at competitors, but all of this costs a little more than Nokia.

The Nokia 9 is pictured to be a large phone with an 18: 9 aspect ratio, with a frameless design, of course. The sparrows chirp to get a double 12 megapixel pair with Carl Zeiss optics on the back. Nokia has always been at the forefront of photography, I wouldn’t be surprised if they wanted to be there again. By the way, the phone gets one of the best SoCs, the Snapdragon 835, which puts it at the forefront right now, but that won’t last long as the Samsung GAlaxy S9 and Xiaomi Mi 7 are coming.

Galaxy S9

We got an image where we can supposedly see the back of the Samsung Galaxy S9 in full actually. If that’s true, we can say that the new Galaxy won’t get a dual camera, or if it does, the fingerprint reader has been placed under the front glass. Well, this is the Sci-Fi category, let's not tighten it any further, we slowly think that there will be a roll-up display phone sooner than one whose fingerprint sensor is placed under the glass. Of course, it is also possible to leave the fingerprint sensor on Apple's path, but there is not much chance of that either.

Ulefone Power 3

I’ve already written an article this summer about mid-range processors in the near future - more specifically, SoCs - and it seems like the time has come for companies to come up with phones based on them. More specifically, the cheaper of these with devices based on the Helio P23. The Ulefone phone is like that, but in addition to the free central unit, we also get a buffalo battery with a capacity of 6080 mAh, as well as 6 GB of memory and 64 GB of storage. According to current news, the phone comes with Android 7.1, but we will soon get the Android 8-cat as well. The phone can be pre-ordered for $ 300, with delivery starting Jan. 14.
