Stars in malicious emails

Panda Software has published a top list of the names of the most common stars and celebrities in infected letters.

Recently, more and more emails are being sent to mailboxes that try to deceive users with curiosities about a world star or celebrity. These emails usually contain infected files, but often also contain links to malicious websites.

In recent weeks, we have repeatedly reported the emergence of widespread emails containing celebrity-related curiosities. Among these celebrities appeared Michael Jackson and Osama Bin Laden, among others.

Panda Software has decided to publish a to-do list of the names of celebrities most commonly found in malicious e-males. Britney Spears topped the company’s top list. This also means that virus writers most often try to mislead users with their name, possibly their photos, with Britney Spears.
