The ambulance service received a special GPS

One hundred and twenty GPS-based route planners received the National Ambulance Service, and the donation was handed over to the organization in Budapest.gps Pál Győrfi, the communication director of the National Ambulance Service, said that with a significant donation, about half of the 243 cars performing the service will have a route planner, and the alarmed ambulance will reach its destination faster with the device. Devices worth several million forints will be distributed equally in the seven regions, he added. The communications manager explained, it is an additional relief that the software for GPS-based devices has been specifically “tailored” to the ambulance service; on the one hand, it is constantly updated and, on the other hand, it also helps the driver in emergency mode, ie “ignores” certain traffic rules.

The devices were jointly offered to the ambulance service by Provident Pénzügyi Zrt. And NNG Kft. [MTI]
