My Intel GPU in 2007?
There are still rumored rumors that it is possible that Intel will participate in the GPU market dominated by NVIDIA and ATI in 2007 with its own graphics processor.
According to The Inquirer, Intel's standalone graphics processor will be based on Imagination Technologies' PowerVR architecture, expected to be released sometime in late summer 2007. The possible cooperation between the two companies would not be surprising, as the world's leading processor manufacturer has already been in contact with the above-mentioned company, for example the PowerVR SGX technology in the G965 integrated graphics controller.
