NEC Display Solutions is putting another monitor on the customers ’desk this week.

The LCD display has a native resolution of 1280 × 1024 pixels, 900: 1 contrast and a response time of 5 ms. In addition, it is capable of two-step ECO mode in the spirit of power management, and D-sub and DVI outputs are used for connection.

Lynn Gu, NEC’s product manager, said: “The 17” AS171 display brings a change to users of the AccuSync family. We continue to see great interest in 17 ”traditional aspect ratio monitors from large companies to small and medium businesses. Our intention with this display is to provide users with a product made with green technology that is energy efficient and enables economical operation. ”

The AccuSync AS171 will be available in the United States for $ 159 and with a three-year warranty.
