We get an RPG next to the Gigabyte GeForce 8800 GT
Gigabyte also packs a game alongside its GeForce 8800 GT.
We already know almost everything about the 8800 GT, which officially debuted on Monday next week before the premiere: we saw good quality high-resolution images from the card, the most important technical parameters are known, and we even learned about the potential of VGA in the form of unofficial test results.
This time, a few details about Gigabyte's GeForce 8800 GT were revealed ahead of time: the video card, which is based entirely on reference bases, will be on store shelves with the already well-known single-slot cooling and factory clocks. What is much more interesting than this is that Gigabyte is packing Neverwinter Nights 2, which was presented almost a year ago, together with the card. This is a strange move on the part of the manufacturer, because Obsidian Entertainment's role-playing game is far from exploiting the potential of the graphics controller: it certainly won't "make you sweat" and it also lacks DirectX 10 effects.
