All in all, this means that it will be worthwhile to browse GearBest’s phone prices again, because let’s face it, we didn’t get too much good by 2017 after the 2018 dumped prices.
3. We will get a new customs and VAT free shipping method. Unfortunately. As I can see from the feedback from our readers, there is no problem with compensation so far, at least I didn’t get that kind of information who asked for my help, got my money following my instructions.
The new shipping method will be available for orders from the Hong Kong and Chinese warehouses, called Netherlands Registered (PDM). According to GearBest's information, this mode of transport has been tested for a long time, and since it is now being introduced it is assumed that it is error-free.
4. This is probably the biggest bang, cash on delivery starts. The expected departure will be in March, now the thing is under preparation. According to my private information, not all product ranges will be available this way in the beginning, but hopefully over time, if the method is introduced, they will search, it will be successful, then the product ranges can be expanded.
What seems certain is that since it is cash on delivery (according to the English information document, cash on deliever shipping method) we have to be a little less afraid of losing packages, because even if they are lost, we will not have to run for our money. Sure, there’s likely to be extra shipping costs because of this, but I think there will be a lot of people who would rather take a few more dollars plus and pay the postman when the package arrives.
5. We’re a little happy, a little not because Xiaomi’s products are out of focus, at least they’ll be less there. Xiaomi will continue to be an important brand for the company, but new brands such as Ticwatch, JBL or Kingston will also come, and the iLife, Dibea, Jimmy brands will be given more emphasis than household appliances and vacuum cleaners.

They feel like things are a bit spoiled on the phone front, so we can expect good prices, promotions, coupons and fast delivery. LED lighting technology will also be strengthened, I am glad of that, I think there are plenty of opportunities in it. On the tablet front, the company wants to strengthen sales of the Chuwi, Teclast and Jumper brands, these are among the better machines, so we support the idea.
GearBest also wants to strengthen sales of automotive products, and the supply in this area is not too steely at the moment in terms of prices or selection, so there is room for improvement.
But what I think is not going to work hard to boost your notebook sales. The prospectus has shown that they want to strengthen the ACER / ASUS / Lenovo / Huawei / MSI line, but on the one hand, domestic hardware prices are generally good, while on the other hand, without a localized keyboard in Hungary, it is not possible to sell more machines. Of course, if they get brutally good prices, I may be wrong, but I see a little chance for that.
