Processor for HUF 1 million?

However, Intel doesn't take this too seriously anymore.

Processor for HUF 1 million? 1

The whole story started from the fact that the major processor manufacturer one day thought it would create the Core i9-9990XE CPU. Kicking the sober Estonian up, the chip got 14 processor cores while its predecessor, the Core i9-9980XE has 18 CPU cores, but let’s get over that now. What trend have we seen so far with HEDT solutions like this? The fact that by increasing the number of processors, their operating frequency has decreased, as even by raising the TDP, it is not easy to raise so many processor cores to more serious heights.

Well, that's where Intel's drug rolled, as the Core i9-9990XE ticks at a base clock signal of 14 GHz despite the 4,0 cores, which Turbo Boost can raise to as much as 5 MHz! The brutal pace comes with awesome heat generation, the 100 watt power consumption is an amazing value even on the HEDT line. Obviously, we managed to create a real specialty, which is also symbolized by the very difficult availability (the stuff is a very limited series) and the price that seems like a joke; German CaseKing advertises this beast for € 255, which is approx. Equivalent to 2 million forints!
