PowerColor video cards with smaller factory tuning have a 600 MHz GPU clock and 256 GHz effective operating frequency of 3-bit GDDR1,4 memory, which is 25 and 20 MHz, respectively, an improvement over the Radeon X1950 Pro graphics controllers running at benchmarks. Common to all cards is support for two DVI, TV-out, and HDCP copy protection procedures.

The manufacturer also offers a factory-cooled version of the Radeon X1950 Pro, as well as a 512MB edition that also received Arctic Cooler.
