The ASUS Thor power supply has an OLED display

The newly announced Thor PSU family could be retailed in late August or, worse, early September.

According to ASUS, this is the first power supply to display its real-time power consumption through its own (OLED) display (see image below). The 1200-watt power source is Platinum-certified, RGB Aura SYNC compliant, and features a dust-proof (IP5x) fan. The latter also has a 0 decibel mode, i.e. it remains motionless at low loads. According to the news, with some slippage (probably a month later) there will also be a smaller variant, which could offer 850 watts of capacity. 

ASUS has not yet announced prices, with the first Thor power supply expected to show up at € 250.
