The iPhone has become cheaper

The 4GB iPhone will be discontinued, and the 200GB version will be $ 8 cheaper.

Due to a lack of interest, Apple is discontinuing the 4GB iPhone, which can be purchased for $499 instead of $299 while supplies last. This means that later on, the 8 GB model will be the only "apple" on the mobile market. Accordingly, instead of the initial price of $599, the Apple device can be taken home for $399 as a way to attract customers.

Analysts envision Apple preparing the ground for a new flagship model - probably a 16GB version - by cutting prices and stopping production of the base model.
