Xiaomi introduced a smart thermometer
What’s more, the Xiaomi is not only unveiled, but has also been available with Bluetooth fineness.
We’ve gotten used to Xiaomi fooling even the most basic products a bit to make it even more convenient to use with the new features. This is also the case with their newly introduced thermometer, which shows nothing interesting outwardly, essentially just like any other piece in a pharmacy.
Of course, this product also reflects the precision of Xiaomi. The backlit display holds four digits, that is, two before the decimal point and two after it. This, of course, means that the measurement is century-accurate. The manufacturer promises for measurement accuracy that between 35 and 39 degrees will remain within 0,5 tenths, and above 39 degrees the error can be up to 1 tenth of a degree.
The CR1620 button cell design, as we’ve gotten used to from Xiaom, is also smart. Of course, this cleverness doesn’t mean you set up the diagnosis right away, it’s just that you can connect it to your phone with the built-in Bluetooth interface. During the measurement, you can see the result continuously on the phone display, and the background color of the application also changes depending on the temperature. We are alerted to green for normal results, orange for fever and red for fever.
