No pardon for the two new mobile Ryzen APUs
The percussive Vega 11 graphics unit reappeared.
No pardon for the two new mobile Ryzen APUs
The two new APUs are part of the Raven Ridge generation and are classified as mobile chips based on their rating, although we can be sure that the versions for desktops will have very similar specifications. The more powerful variant combines the Ryzen 2400G, the chip with four Zen processor cores and the Vega 11 graphics solution. We don't know the clocks, it's certain that the chip offers eight logical threads through Hyper-Threading technology, and the Vega 11 has 704 assembly lines based on nomenclature. The weaker type already omits multi-threaded virtualization, the GPU is also more dewy, but the 512 shader offers a great opportunity to compare to the Kaveri generation, as we have encountered so much there as well.

A common point is the 65-watt consumption frame - there will also be a 35-watt version - which is one of the reasons why we think that the two innovations will give an accurate picture of the capabilities and possibilities of desktop copies. The bigger question mark is on the Vega space, the other side of the chip will be the equivalent of the Ryzen 1200 and 1400 with a good approximation - this is already licking the flagship of the previous series, the FX 8350. However, the previous “traditions” remain despite the Zen architecture, the processor cores again can not exceed the pace of Intel Core i3, only the IGP taps hard on the desktop, but it is quite ruthless. By the way, Vega's job is also helped by the fact that since the Intel Skylake, the development of IGP, which has been beautifully curved so far, has essentially stopped.
