Older Xperia mobiles will not receive the new Sony Media app
Sony has announced that its 2011 Xperia mobiles will not officially receive the new Media app.
Surely many already know that Sony is also releasing the 2011 Xperia for mobile phones, or has already released the official Ice Cream Sandwich update. Many are also happy about this, as the manufacturer seems to be dealing with owners of older devices. The bad news for them, however, is that according to official information, the new Media application will be left out of the update. This package includes the Walkman application, among others. It should be added, of course, that this does not mean that it will be absolutely impossible to put the novelty on older devices, as it is almost certain that enthusiastic programmers will soon come up with a Media application that can be installed on any mobile.
