Heavy artillery: HD 5970, HD 5870 CrossFire, HD 5850 CrossFire

We do not intend to provide an introduction to this article for long, everyone is much more concerned with the results. Unfortunately, quite a few in the small and stormy Hungary can afford the cards included in this test, the Radeon HD 5850 and GTX 285 may still be the available category, but the HD 5870, and especially the dual-card systems, or the two GPU HD 5970s are the belong to the category of astronomical prices. Hence, this writing is not a realistic choice alternative for most buyers, but an interesting read, fortunately we are in a position to try and test these monsters so we can assess what the fastest models on the market are capable of today. The HD 5850 can be interesting in itself, as we haven't had a chance to get to know it before, but now two have run in, so in addition to single-card measurement, we were also able to measure Crossfire. We were curious to see how the latter would relate to the performance of the HD 5970, we already knew the HD 5870, but we didn’t know what it was capable of working in pairs. Unfortunately, we had problems during the test (which took a long time out of compulsion), and not a few, the main cause of which was a 10.1 Catalyst drive, the gray-death problem also occurred in Hungary. Cards in this category certainly require convenience

Of course, all high-end Radeon offers DirectX 11 compatibility, so we felt the need to refresh the playlist. Accordingly, STALKER - Call of Pripyat and Colin McRae: Dirt 2 have been included in the test applications. the latter comes with a measuring module in the game.
