According to a recent IDC survey, Xerox is the market leader in printing and copying and is also a major player in multifunction printers (MFPs).This success is largely due to the company’s ConnectKey, which allows companies to make their document management processes significantly more secure and cost-effective while also simplifying document access and sharing.

In its evaluation, IDC highlighted the role of advanced ConnectKey-enabled Xerox multifunction devices (MFPs) in the company’s managed printing services (MPS). The report covers the company’s three-step MPS approach, while noting that Xerox provides more than 50 software enhancements available on MFPs; among other things, companies can solve cost monitoring, authentication, document management, or variable data management, among other things, more simply and easily than before.
