MacBook Air rivals from the MSI workshop

The Macbook Air is still a benchmark of its kind to this day, but MSI can finally take the throne: the X-Slim series is at least as beautiful as the inspiring device, but it is expected to be much cheaper.

The specification of the X-Slim series has not yet been specified by the manufacturer, but based on the images, the presence of the HDMI port (and thus the muscular graphics subsystem) can be enveloped. Exactly what kind of hardware will roar in the engine room is still a matter of course, but in addition to the Intel Atom architecture, the NVIDIA Ion platform will also be among the candidates. It is a quasi-fact that the X-Slim series will initially have two members: while the X340's 13,4-inch display focuses on increased mobility, the X15,4 with a 600-inch display for multimedia tasks you can move at home.

The purchase price of the X-Slim series is still covered by a beneficial ambiguity, but based on the leaked information, the amount on the X340’s price tag has a good chance of remaining below the $ 1000 psychological limit.
