ADATA is attacking the SSD market

ADATA Technology has announced that it will soon launch three new SSD series. The XPG SX900, Premier Pro SP900 and SP800 Premier series have been given a new, further optimized driver. SSDs based on NAND flash chips cover almost the entire market.

productImage745The XPG (Xtreme Performance Gear) SX900 series is designed for maximalists who are willing to put a higher amount for sequential read / write speeds of 550/530 MB per second. The drive has a random write capacity of 85 IOPS. Available in 000, 64, 128 and 256 GB packages, the XPG SX512 series is not expected to be a cost-effective solution.

The ADATA Premier Pro SP900 family can be a good choice for those who have previously bought an SSD but are no longer satisfied with its performance. There will be no complaints about sequential read and write speeds here (550/520 MB per second) and the 4 IOPS achieved for 85 KB random write is also an impressive value. Of course, these metrics are valid for a SATA 000 connection. The 3.0, 64 and 128 GB packages seem to be a sufficient supply.

The 000 and 32 GB capacities narrow down customers ’room for maneuver, but ADATA Premier SP64 SSDs also fit well with a hard drive.
