Best Chinese phones under 30 thousand forints in January
You can have a good phone for cheap in 2018 too!
We’re here for the New Year, but that doesn’t mean our favorite phones have been replaced. The category below HUF 30 does not hold many surprises in terms of displays, memory or storage. We don’t even expect a big change before the end of the summer, but by then we expect more and more memory and storage. As we wrote earlier last month, the entry-level mobile market underwent major changes in 2017, and it probably won’t be any different this year.

Xiaomi Redmi 5A>
At the top of the list, as in December, Xiaomi’s new entry-level phone, the Redmi 5A, ran into it. This phone already belongs to the Xiaomik 5 series. Last November, we added our predecessor Redmi 4 to the list of cheap phones. The shape represents the traditional but beautiful Xiaomi line. The diagonal is 5 inches, meaning the phone is almost dwarfed by today’s giants. The aspect ratio remains the usual 16: 9, and the resolution is HD, which is 1280 x 720 pixels. In our opinion, this is enough for this diagonal.
The power of the phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 that runs on a 1,4 GHz clock. Two cameras are available, the front 5 and the back panel are 13 megapixels. We get a razor sensor, the only slight lack of sense of the phone is the lack of a fingerprint sensor. But let us not be unsettled, at the price above a new generation of Xiaomi is really a good deal.

Vernee’s phone is slowly becoming a permanent participant in our recommender. Monthly, we are forced to squeeze a seat for him, as the Vernee phone is a very good reception in many ways. Firstly, because we already have an eight-core processor for that much money, secondly, because it has more than the recommended minimum of 2GB of memory, exactly 3GB, and thirdly, because we also get a sturdy 5020 mAh battery for a very nice price. to which we can achieve a much longer operating time than usual without recharging. Fortunately, we also get a quick charge function for the big battery! In other respects, the phone set up is average. Behind the classic exterior we find a well-coordinated interior. The processor is eight-core, 1,3 GHz, and the display is 5-inch and HD resolution. The cameras are 5- and 8 megapixels, which are perfectly acceptable in this category, so the phone is a really good buy at the above price!

Leagoo KIICAA MIX has long been the tip of my heart. I’ve written so many times that I don’t really understand why not everyone runs around with such a phone. Despite its low price, it received decent hardware and an eye-catching design, as evidenced by the pictures and videos taken of it. Let's see what exactly it is!
The headunit is delivered to this phone by MediaTek. According to its type, it is a 64-bit, 28-nanometer bandwidth MT6750T chip with 8 cores built into two clusters, with a faster clock speed of 1,5 GHz for faster cores. Memory and storage come from Samsung. The former is 3 GB of LPDDR3, which operates at 833 MHz, and the storage is 32 GB. The central unit also includes the ARM Mali-T860 MP2 video controller, which has two cores and a clock speed of 650 MHz.
As you can see muscle strength will not be lacking in the phone, but let's see what else is! The display is Sharp’s 24-bit color depth IPS panel, which is FullHD, meaning 1920 x 1080 pixels. The diagonal is 5,5 inches, the aspect ratio is 16: 9, and the pixel density is 401 ppi, which is the usual for this diagonal and FHD resolution. Above the display we find 2.5 Ds, so GorillaGlass 4 bottles with a curved edge.

This phone features an eight-core Spreadtrum SC1,8i processor running at a maximum clock speed of 9853 GHz, built on a 14-nanometer bandwidth and built on Intel’s 64-bit Airmont platform. There are three cameras in the phone. There is a 5- + megapixel duo on the front and a 13 + 2 megapixel duo on the back. Of the latter, the larger sensor comes from Samsung. According to the news, the aforementioned SoC also supports more powerful cameras, specifically two 16 megapixels are mentioned, which means that we may encounter more serious solutions in the future than the LEAGOO phone. This mobile has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of ROM, which is perfectly appropriate in its category. The display is based on IPS technology, 5,5 inches and FHD, i.e. 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. A 2,5D, curved-edged glass stretches above the panel. The device uses a Smart Key ceramic fingerprint scanner for our identification, the battery has a capacity of 3050 mAh.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A >>>>>
Xiaomi’s phone is the only one on our list that hasn’t been included in entry-level phones yet. Even now, it only fit in for lack of a hair, which is of course not because of its quality, but because of its price.
Xiaomi's phone is the sibling of the top-ranked Redmi 5A. It should be known that Xiaomi uses the "A" designation for its products as the entry level. In the series of four, there was no A version of the Redmi 4 yet, but there is one of the five, just like the Redmi Note. These phones in this series are considered weaker than the previous Redmi 4 or Redmi Note 4. Xiaomi has therefore also opened a level one level lower, which is good for us Xiaomi lovers, as more and more customers can afford the quality offered by the Chinese company.
After the introduction, let's get back to the phone! It is no coincidence that you may have read that Redmi Note 5A is the brother of Redmi 5A. It could even be twins if the Note 5A didn’t have a bigger display, so of course the phone itself is bigger. The cheaper sibling has a 5-inch, while the Note 5A has a 5,5-inch diagonal. There is another difference in iron, the battery is a little bigger. The smaller phone has a 3000- and 3080 mAh battery. This is also justified as the phone consumes a little more due to the larger display.
