Microsoft’s best-selling Windows 7 is slowly celebrating its first birthday, so it’s no wonder information about its successor is already floating around. Although it would be a bit premature for the Redmonds to talk about the deepest “secrets” of the window operating system, fortunately quite a few presentation slides came to light the other day.

It looks like the system currently running Windows 8 will look like Mac OS and will be advertised as a solution that is easy to use and intuitive. One of the main changes may be the login method - with face recognition we can expect significant progress in this area. We imagine this as soon as we step in front of our computer with a webcam running Windows 8, the system will immediately log us into our user account.

Even now, we get the promise that the upcoming operating system will boot faster than any previous Windows, allowing users to access their emails, documents, and multimedia files faster. Windows 8 aims to further improve energy efficiency and make help and support more user-friendly.
