Small but powerful: ZBOX nano XS AD11 Plus
The Zbox nano XS AD11 Plus has been surprisingly small, but it still has a lot of power.
The trifle builds on the most powerful member of the Brazos platform, the dual-core E-450 APU, which ticks at 1,65 GHz and integrates the Radeon HD 6320 graphics controller. Thanks to the advanced IGP, the Zbox nano XS AD11 Plus also stands out in HTPC environments, where the included infrared remote control can otherwise serve well. The DirectX 11 graphics processor supports all vendor-independent APIs. The list is very long: DirectCompute 5.0, OpenGL 4.1, OpenCL 1.1, OpenGL ES 2.0. The UVD 3.0 engine handles H.264 / AVC, MPEG-2/4, VC-1, and DivX / Xvid videos, and in addition to Flash H.264 videos, it also handles VP8 content. The E-450 APU also predicts that a Zotac-born will have favorable consumption.
The mini computer is available to users with 2GB of DDR3 memory and a 64GB SSD equipped with an mSATA interface. The good news is that the size of the system memory can be expanded up to 4 GB, but the outputs should not be complained about: eSATA, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports. In addition, we get a 6-function card reader, Gigabit Ethernet port and 802.11 b / g / n WiFi connectivity. The picture above also shows that the package also includes a stand and an external power supply that is absolutely necessary for operation.
We are indebted to the exact dimensions of the nano XS ZBOX AD11, although this has now become extremely interesting. The physical extent of the machine is only 106 × 106 × 37 millimeters, but unfortunately, as small as the machine is, the price tag is as pulling. The Zotac ZBOX Nano XS AD11 Plus mini PC is expected to cost $ 359.
