A tangled look surrounds the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus

The South Korean company is making things difficult for Apple, but not so much. The Italians will also have a free newspaper subscription.

The specifications of the recently introduced Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus may need no introduction. The tablet, which is only 9,96 millimeters thick, has a 1,2 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of memory and 16/32 GB of built-in storage. In addition to the 7-inch PLS LCD touch screen with a resolution of 1024 × 600 pixels, we can write a micro SD expansion slot, 21 Mbps HSDPA support, WiFi, Bluetooth (3.0) and a UBS 2.0 port next to the name of Samsung's tablet. On the back, the 3 megapixel camera is assisted by an LED flash in the dark, on the front there is a "plain" 2 MP solution. The energy is provided by the 4000 mAh battery.

All this for the Italians for no less than 499 euros, which is accompanied by a one-year subscription to Corriere della Sera and Gazzetta dello Sport, but even so it cannot be said to be cheap. However, the Austrian and Indonesian debuts will surpass the appearance there in mid-November, as they can be taken over by the mentioned nations at the end of October. Interestingly, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus will not be on store shelves in the two neighboring countries at the same time.
