Logitech has launched two new iPod speakers

While light portability was prioritized in the design of the S125i, engineers focused on balanced performance in the S315i.

The S125i is designed for unlimited mobility: the product can be powered from both mains and battery, and weighs no more than 400 grams. We don’t have to worry about compatibility either, as the device can be used with most iPod models; the only exception is third-generation models, however, these devices - and any other player with standard audio output - can be connected to the system via a 3,5mm jack. The special feature of the device, which is also equipped with bass boost, is that it charges the connected iPod during use, although only those types that it can receive through the built-in dock.

The S315i has similar functionality, but does a little better than its smaller sibling. The most important difference is in the quality of the sound heard, as the manufacturer claims that the S315i can cover the full range of audible sound. Of course, this device can also operate away from the mains, relying only on the batteries, and in energy-saving mode, it can remain operational for up to 20 hours on a single charge. An important difference compared to the smaller model is that this device can charge its own batteries in addition to the connected iPod, a function that can provide significant ease in everyday use.
