Two new AGP video cards from Sapphire

Sapphire is present in the AGP video card market with two new products.

Sapphire’s AGP-coupled lower-to-mid-range offering is complemented by two newcomers: the Radeon X1650 Pro and X1300 XT.

The most important technical data of the Radeon X1650 Pro are: 590 MHz core and 1,38 GHz memory clock (rms value), the number of pixel shading processors is 12, and the GDDR128 type memory capacity connected on the 3-bit interface is 256 MB.

For the X1300 XT, the memory can be 256 MB of GDDR3 or 512 MB of GDDR2. Of course, more memory in this case is also associated with lower speeds. The graphics core operates at 500 MHz, while the number of pixel shielding units, like the Radeon X1650 Pro, is also 12.

We do not have information about the start of the distribution of the cards yet, and the exact goods are also covered in dense obscurity, but according to some estimates, the amount can be around 150 (X1650 Pro) and 100 dollars (X1300 XT).
