An external fan controller has been exposed by the NZXT

No more space in your computer case for a fan controller that would make it easier to control cooling and noise in the heat?

No worries, the NZXT has come up with a solution: an external control unit called the Sentry LXE is additionally equipped with a color touchscreen LCD. However, a free PCI card slot will be required, as communication between the device and the computer will be via an additional card shown below.

The Sentry LXE has been given a brushed aluminum cover, which gives the device a very high quality overall effect. The touch screen can display the temperature of five units in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. Next to them we can also see the speed of the five fans. In addition to these important data, the date, time and day are also displayed.

The Sentry LXE will be available in stores soon, priced at $ 60 (~ $ 14) by NZXT.
