Another Sony Walkman

Sony recently unveiled its latest portable music player, the NW-A800.

Sony's music player, the NW-A800, is the first to feature MPEG-2 AVC videos on its 4-inch QVGA resolution display. Supported audio formats include AAC, WMA, MP3, and ATRAC.

With a weight of just 53 grams, the lithium-ion battery provides 30 hours of continuous music playback for optimal performance, compared to 8 hours for videos. Available in three capacities - 2, 4 and 8 GB - the walkman will be available in Europe in April.
