Another MP3 player from Sony

The NW-E010 branded walkman introduced these days knows as much as what an average music listener needs on longer trips, sports, hiking or possibly reading.

The NW-E010's three-line color LCD display lets you keep track of which song you're listening to, as well as the built-in equalizer settings here: a choice of three fixed and one self-made options.

You can copy your music files in ATRAC, MP3, AAC and WMA formats, or even DRM, to your device via a USB 2.0 connection, which does not require any cables, as the NW-E010, like flash drives, can be connected directly to the port.

At just 29 grams, the 82,9 × 22,4 × 13,6 mm battery provides 30 hours of continuous music playback for optimal performance. The European premiere of the Sony walkman, which will be available in 1, 2 and 4 GB capacities, is due in May, and we do not have information about the recommended consumer price yet.
