Another release of the DivX suite has been released

Release 6.7 of one of the best known video compression applications has been released.

Components of DivX 6.6:

• DivX Player 6.6 (free): is primarily a program for playing DivX video files, but also supports a number of other video formats that also handle subtitle management.
• DivX Community Codec 6.7 (free): one of the most efficient and widespread video compression methods.
• DivX Web Player 1.3.1 (free): DivX player for web browser applications (Internet Eplorer, Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape, Opera).
• DivX Converter 6.5 (trial version): a conversion program that supports many formats (.divx, .avi, .wmv, .mpg, .vob) with easy settings (size and quality).
• DivX Pro Codec 6.7 (trial version): professional compression module for the best quality.

DivX Player, DivX Codec and DivX Web Player have been updated compared to 6.6: the exact list of changes is unknown. We have to pay $ 15 for the use of paid modules after the end of the test period (19,99 days).
