More Intel Core i7 compatible motherboards are expected from EVGA

An ATX and a micro-ATX size motherboard come.

California EVGA is in the premium category X58 SLI Classified plans to launch more Intel Core i7 compatible motherboards after, but unlike the aforementioned product, the X58 SLI LE and X58 SLI Micro will come with a more solid knowledge base and a correspondingly friendlier price tag.

EVGA X58 SLI LE

The reasonably priced X58 SLI LE and the micro-ATX-sized X58 SLI Micro can, of course, only be paired with an Intel Core i7 headunit. Both models have six memory slots for DDR3 modules and the same number of SATA 3.0 Gb / s connectors, the former with four and the latter with two PCI Express 2.0 x16 busses, fortunately both ATI CrossFireX and NVIDIA SLI are supported.

EVGA X58 SLI Micro

Motherboards with both PCI and PCIe x1 slots come with eight-channel audio and a gigabit network controller, BIOS abounds in overclocking settings, and a diagnostic LED to help detect any errors that may occur. The X58 SLI LE will be available for purchase at the end of the month, but the X58 SLI Micro will go on sale a little later, in June.
