Playful mouse from Pearl's workshop

Pearl’s rodent has a subdued price compared to its rivals, though it doesn’t give as many extras.

The mouse, marketed under model number LMX-5005, was developed by the little-known Pearl. The non-slip, rubber-coated rodent connects to the computer with a slightly short, 135-centimeter USB cable, and its laser sensor boasts a maximum resolution of 5000 dpi. The 125 mm long, 75 mm wide and 43 mm high device weighs 122 grams by default, but can be fattened up to 157 grams with the added weights.

• 1200 and 2400 dpi are also available in addition to 5000, the current setting is indicated by a colored LED
• The four light weights each weigh 8,75 grams
• The foot pads provide minimal friction
• It can track up to 30 Gs acceleration
