HP has unveiled a new tablet

Introducing the third-quarter Dell Latitude XT’s main rival, HP plans its latest laptop.

Like the Dell Latitude XT, the HP Compaq 2710p Tablet PC meets the requirements of the Santa Rosa platform:

• processor: Intel Core 2 Duo ULV
• graphics driver: Intel X3100
• memory: DDR2-667 MHz, up to 4 GB
• display: 12,1 inch diagonal
• communication, data transfer: Wi-Fi, EV-DO, HSDPA, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR

The HP tablet will be available for a base price of $ 1649 starting July 21st. Each well-packed version on Earth is much more expensive to take home, for exactly $ 2478. For that amount, Windows Vista Business operating system, 1,2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo ULV processor, 2 GB system memory, 80 GB hard disk, Intel 802.11a / b / g wireless device and Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR we get an adapter.
