SanDisk has launched new memory cards

For new memory cards, increasing capacity was the primary goal.

The SD 2.00-compliant 8GB microSDHC memory card is capable of storing up to 2000 songs or 5 hours of MPEG-4 video at 4 MB per second.

Available at $ 99,99, the Memory Stick Pro (M2) comes with half the capacity of its primary use in Sony Cyber-shot digital cameras and Walkman portable music players.
