A new DirectX 11 benchmark program has been released

Named Stone Giant, we can measure the power of the latest video cards.

The development was carried out by BitSquid & Fatshark in Sweden. Their program seeks to make the best use of the Microsoft DirectX 11 API. The current demo benchmark is based on an upcoming (and licensable) engine called BitSquid Tech, which also supports NVIDIA 3D Vision technology. The developers have placed great emphasis on a high degree of parallel processing in addition to a pleasing look.

"Using scenes using advanced tessellation and a lot of geometric calculations, Stone Giant allows users to test the DX 11 capabilities of their graphics cards." Said Tobias Persson, founder and chief graphic officer of BitSquid. - "We believe that the graphics we see in Stone Giant with the capabilities of DirectX 11 project the visual world of the games of the future."
