Here is the new high-end X79 GIGABYTE motherboard family
GIGABYTE, like other manufacturers, has officially unveiled the X79 series motherboard family. These will of course support the latest second generation Intel Core i7 processor family, i.e. the Sandy Bridge-E models.
GIGABYTE 3D Power and the new Digital Power Engine offer many possibilities, and the 3D BIOS is a completely new and graphical UEFI BIOS interface. With the X79 family, they tried to come up with the most appropriate design for each target audience. We get a number of new developments on fresh products that are all designed to better meet user needs.. Through a graphical interface, 3D Power opens up a lot of settings for us to fine-tune the various functions (CPU, VTT, IMC and 4-channel memory frequencies). The BIOS display based on the new UEFI DualBIOS technology breaks with previous concepts and comes with a whole new approach. GIGABYTE has reinterpreted its entire structure for easier accessibility and usability in favor of less experienced users. Of course, the old foxes don’t have to grieve either, as the traditional view remains. If it’s an X79, then Sandy Bridge-E, we’ll get the LGA 2011 encapsulation, 4-channel memory support, and of course the eyes of game fanatics can sparkle when they see that this family also supports multi-GPU systems (both NVIDIA SLI and AMD CrossFireX).
GIGABYTE G1.Assassin 2
The G1 Assassin 2 is clearly designed for hardcore gamers. The tab includes a Creative Digital Audio processor (20k2) that ensures the use of X-Fi Xtreme Fideility and EAX Advanced HD Audio 5.0 technologies. In addition, of course, the E2100 Game Networking Platform brings the user the right speed and performance to play online. We also get 3 PCI Express connectors that support 3-card SLI and CrossFireX, of course supporting the latest standard.
GIGABYTE X79-UD7
The X79-UD7 can be an ideal choice for lovers of overdrive, as the whole design has been made in light of this. There are 4 PCI Express slots on the tab and of course plenty of useful features to support tuning. For example, with OC-Touch, we will be able to change multiple frequencies simultaneously. This is possible using the buttons on the motherboard. There will also be a separate button to clear the CMOS just like loading a predefined profile.
GIGABYTE X79-UD5
The X79-UD5 will be really loved by users whose main focus is on managing multimedia content. The page contains the latest CAD (Computer Aided Design) which, combined with the 8 DDR3 memory slots, is a very efficient pair for handling CPU and memory intensive processes. There is a button on the back panel that allows you to add a little more cocoa to the system if needed.
Exclusive Bluetooth 4.0 / Wi-Fi expansion card
Each X79 series card will come with a PCI Express port expansion card that supports Bluetooth 4.0 and IEEE 802.11 b / g / n Wi-Fi wireless. The new Bluetooth standard already includes Smart Ready technology, which will debut on the new Apple iPhone 4S, among others. This makes data transfer even faster.
